Sorry, I should have mentioned - this is for GUMP. Everything but the last
stage in GUMP _is_ xml/xslt. All I wanted to do was localize the resources
for ease of modification.
Does Alexandria do the xml/xsl -> html conversion on the fly? If so, what
does it use? Cocoon?
