[GUMP] Retrieval of builds

Hi

Sam, which do you think would be better:

1) Allowing download access to the cvs and base directories or
2) tar(gz)/zip the cvs, base directory(s) and jars it depends on for
download?

I can't do 1 (although this would be quickest...) but I'm willing to have a
shot at the xsl for 2.
