I don't think it was our intention to not follow your license, but as we all
know, Kevin seems to be fairly sporadic and I think the ball got dropped.
So, please refrain from being overly harsh and accept the fact that it was
simply a dropped ball on our part.
It is a strong policy of ours to carefully follow licenses as best as
possible.
