Here are some changes. You'll notice that I modified completely the
Cactus project definitions as I think the new ones fit more the GUMP
spirit.

However, I still have a question about the packaging. It seems gump is
interested in generating individual deliverables (javadoc and jars) so
that they are available for other projects. How does delivering a full
packaged zip works ?

With the new gump descriptor the ant tasks to package Cactus is not
called. Should I add a new project definition within Jakarta-cactus.xml
that would be called something like "jakarta-cactus-packaging" that will
call the "nightly" target (which delivers a zip) ?

Then, where do you define what you should copy to the cactus nightly
build directory ?
