What Stefan said. ;-) What is needed is rather modest. An optional tag in a project descriptor that specifies either a list of files or directories. A stylesheet similar to pubdocs.xsl which generates a script that iterates through these performing simply actions (e.g., cp, tar, zip) on each. I'm attaching the current script.
