Gump runs builds.  Many builds involve tests.  If one of those tests
involves port 8080, not only may that specific test fail (no biggie), but
in doing so, it may also bring down the entire servlet running on port
8080.

It was not meant to be directed at you, but this keeps coming up.  Each
time, the specific problem is addressed, and then it comes up again.

It is OK if the services deployed are not ones that people would miss.
Just be aware of the potential conflict.

Great idea.  I think Brian's suggestion that we find it a more permanent
home first is worthy of consideration first, however.
