Amici, does anyone know where I might find springs for the distributor advance? I converted from points to a Marelli Plex in my 1974 GTV 2000 Thanks. Walter in Montreal You can get packages of assorted advance springs at many auto parts places, and adjust your advance by fitting stiffer or weaker ones. That's what I've got in my Berlina's Marelliplex, works fine. Check the advance by fitting springs, revving the engine while watching the tach and ignition timing with a timing light on the flywheel, and off you go.
