I'm guessing that around 60-65 it is reading 90. To me that is pretty
optimistic.
What combination of factors would cause a speedo to be that far off? Are
140 mph speedos standard for this year? I might be mistaken but I'm
pretty sure both the transmission and differential are original since
the car hadn't run for 15 to 20 years. The tires are rather short at
P175/70R14.
