Re-install the inside piston, clamp it so it won't move then apply hydraulic pressure (with the brake pedal) to get the stuck one moving. Don't push the second piston all the way out - just get it moving. Once it is about 3/4 of the way out remove the clamp holding piston #1 in place and get that one 3/4's of the way out (clamping piston #2 if needed). At that point you should be able to remove them by hand.

If the piston is well & truly stuck you can use a grease gun to apply lots of pressure. You'll need lots of solvent to flush out the grease however...
