All, Several years ago I grabbed a set of wheels off of an '80s Mustang II that bolted right up without modifications. They were wider than stock, and were the multi-spoke Turbine design, which (IMO) were much cleaner looking than the Alfa Turbina design. Mark

But, the Ford wheels won't fit down over the front spindles or the protrusion on the rear axles. You either need to have them machined or install a 1/4" spacer. The rims are 17x9.0, 26 mm offset, with bolt pattern 5-114, backspacing 6.12". Does anyone know whether this would be a copacetic acquisition (for around 1K), or know where I might research the issue?
