[alfa] trans mount removal

The factory tool makes the job a doddle; it's a big pipe and small pipe,
basically, that pulls the old seal out and pulls the new  one in. If you
don't have that tool, you can make one with some welding and cutting
skills, or people heat up the area around the mount and pound it out
with a big drift, around the edges.
