Hi Stefano,

This brings back memories (almost).  I recall that I had an issue with one of 
these type switches 15 years ago.  I believe that someone posted a way of 
fixing the switch and I tried it and it worked fine.  Can't remember the 
details, "hazard" (pun intended) of old memories.  You might want to take the 
old switch apart since you now have two and see if you can figure it out.  As I 
recall, it wasn't too hard to see the fix.
