you should have more belt tension during a cold start, not less, right?

APE has also been recommending using the hydraulic detensioners in this manner. i have one i got from them with the intent of doing this on the milano, but it currently has the mechanical detensioner on it and the shorter stud, so i haven't tried to install the hydraulic unit.
