Call in advance to make a reservation. This is best done in Italian. Do
not make it at lunchtime when the guard is cranky. Bring a driver's
license or you won't get in (one for the whole party is ok). Don't believe
GPS.
Coming from Milano, it is the first Arese exit, and is  less than 1/2 mile;
if you follow a GPS and take the next exit, it will take you all through
the town. If this happens, wander around until you get to the area with all
the streets named after famous drivers (Nuvolari, etc.). Get to the road
called Alfa Romeo - this leads right into the plant. Walk from the main
parking lot (not the covered one) to the guard shack and they will let you in
and show you the way (it is up the hill and to the left).

bon voyaggio!

Graham,

If you go out to the AROC website at www.aroc-usa.org and look on the Tech
Library page, you will find a list of parts manuals that are available from
the AROC Librarian, Jim Neill.

Contact Jim and he can get you a copy of the whole parts manual.

I am trying to find the proper names to order some front end parts for my
1971 GTV. Does anybody have a schematic or web site that shows part numbers
and names of the front end pieces.

This is perhaps a silly question, considering that I've been there
before, but can anyone who's been to the museum recently share the
details of getting there and getting in? When I was there six years
ago I had the benefit of a Milanese native doing the driving and the
talking, and IIRC finding the place and getting admitted to the
museum wasn't exactly straightforward. The official web site doesn't
even have the address anymore, only the exit to take from the freeway
(but, ironically, I now own a portable GPS).

Thanks,
Joe
