If not, then the bearing is probably still functional but the clutch diaphragm springs are noisy against the bearing. I would just keep driving it to see if the noise goes away. You I can't remember if the bearing is accessible without major surgery, but you could try a small accurate squirt of WD40 on the bearing/spring interface to see if that quietens things.
