Stan, I've done the differential pinion ring nut a few times on a '86 Spider and '73 GTV. As far as I could find a torque value after reading a few books and asking my local Alfa mech I discovered that .... there isn't one. My Alfa mech. said that he tightens it as much as possible with an air wrench which is exactly what I did for mine.
