Thanks for all the responses on and off digest. The pulley is very loose. It can rock back and forth even with the belt on tight. Got a new pump from Jon Norman yesterday (Larry Jr. always seems to be there when I stop by). I'm familiar with double nutting the lower two as I've done this on the Alfetta some 10 years ago.
