[alfa] Balancing tires on the car + alignment

Without going back over my original comment, the reason I want a person 
to align the front with no 'help' from a computer is because I want the 
Euro specs used, since the front of my Alfetta GT has been lowered to 
(pretty close) where the front of the Alfetta GT was designed to be. You 
silly 'mericans got the front all lifted up so it would pass the 
'correct' (sealed beam) headlamp height. Should we also turn our 
attention to...'those' bumpers? (Oy).
