Hi George,
I suggest that you connect a pressure gauge into the hose to the cold start
injector with a T coupling. Then rev the engine hard and see if you start to
lose pressure at higher rpm. Suspect the filter or pump if you lose pressure.
Suspect the coil, plug wires or distributor cap/rotor if the pressure is
steady and to spec. Quite a few folks report poor performance from Bosch
platinum plugs. NGK copper core plugs are cheap and they work well.
