I've used this NAPA "Fuel Pump Installation Quiet Pack" p/n NFP 1814U with a Carter electric fuel pump on a Weber carbureted BMW. It works OK. It's essentially two studs (that don't touch each other) in a piece of rubber. This link is to the US web site. It didn't show up on napacanada.com
