I'm installing used Euro carbureted cams on my now-carbureted 76 Spider's
engine. According to my documentation* the intake clearances should be around
.19 and the exhaust should be around .21.

EVERY intake clearance is within tolerance varying between .185 and .195. And
EVERY exhaust clearance is outside of tolerance varying between .22 and .23.

Do I need to go through massive shim gyrations? Or am I OK?

* The owners manual from a 1974 GTV. Find me a car nowadays which puts VALVE
CLEARANCES in the owners manual! (Mazda might have with the RX8 but there are
no valves.)
