Rich,

When they respond, and they will, don't believe anything they say.
Locals tend to blather on about how it rains 365 days per year, stay away!
Stay away! It's all a ploy to keep the place from getting over crowded.

The
Pacific Northwest is a great place to be. It only rains 1/2 of the year, the
rest of the time the weather is tremendous. The people are friendly, and the
Alfas don't rust.

Good luck,

bs

Brother and Sister Raccoons:

I sit typing this epistle in a
hotel room half a mile from downtown Bellevue, WA. If events that began
earlier today transpire according to plan, I may receive a job offer from a
company in Redmond. I seem to remember that we have some Digest members who
live in the Seattle area. Are any of you still here? And would you mind
talking with me about the area?
