Jason,

I fully agree with Brian in that you need to setup your Spica pump from the
beginning.  Wes Ingram's booklet (http://015cb80.netsolhost.com/hp.htm)
takes you thru all the steps to get it right.  The best $30 you'll spend on
one item.
