Thanks to all who offered advice. A trip to Ace Hardware for longer bolts, tapering the end of one, and padded jacks under each front brake drum worked. I put 1" longer bolts in the front of both mounting brackets. Then pried the sway bar over the wishbones with end links attached. New bushings are in. All is back together using original bolts. Ciao!
