Greetings all, I know this might be better placed on the 750-101 board but I
thought I'd try here first....I'm finally reassembling the Giulietta Spider I
got in boxes a decade or so ago, and have a question on the fuel pump. There
is a boss on the front right of the engine block that looks like it fits the
mounting plate for the fuel pump. The pump itself has a little port in the
bottom that has a rocker for the rod to actuate (it looks like, anyway,
similar to a GM mechanical pump) but I can't see where the rod would come from
as the block has no holes for same to go into. Yes, I'm confused. The engine
that came with the car is a 1600 instead of the 1300 (and yes, the correct
engine mounts have been fitted) so this pump may not even go on this car.
Help? TIA, David
