Bruce, I went looking on the 'Net and found this: http://www.jk-forum.com/modified-jk-tech-2/bilstein-shock-install-how-tighten-help-187576/. The article claims that there is a hole for an allen wrench to hold the piston rod. And there are comments about various means to hold the piston.
If that doesn't work, can you use the two nuts from the Koni shocks ?
