Gentle Alfisti, I have acquired a 1966 Giulia GT that was imported two owners ago from Malaysia. When it was brought in, a multi-digit number beginning with AR was printed on a sticker that was (and is) stuck to the inside of the windshield. This number matches the number appearing on the Virginia title, but does not match the VIN on the cars firewall. I am having second thoughts about applying for a new title using the sticker number and would rather have a valid title with the actual VIN. Any thoughts, Digest?
