My 72 Berlina has the typical side molding trim strip Alfa dealers seemed to
add to virtually all Berlinas, some GTVs, some Spiders. A metal channel
section that rivets to the body with a black rubber strip insert, kind of a D
shape in cross section with a barbed base that is held in by the channel. My
rubber strips are old and tired. Is this stuff still being made, or something
that'll work? I'm painting the car, want to keep the strips, but would like to
spruce up.
