There is a whole thread on this subject on the Alfa BB (

and inside is a reference to another thread about installing them into a
Berlina.  Lots of pictures!!

It appears that Alfa put in attachment points for 3-point belts even if
they only supplied lap belts.  You'll need to remove seats and side panels
to find these points.  As mentioned below, they all take the same sized
bolt due to US import regs: 7/16" - 20.  You can get them at most any auto
parts place.
