Almost any 3-point belt with single spring loaded windup is going to work. It will probably be safer than the original Alfa system with two spring loaded windups. People looking at your car would really have to know GTV's well to spot the change.
I forget from whom I bought my 74 GTV replacements. I remember they turned out to be a German manufacturer. What makes it easy is that the USA first demanded them and set the spec for the installation bolts ... they are inch-threads not millimeters. Apparently the world adapted that standard. Carl R.
