Fellow Alfisti: OK, it was dumb. I put the top down. It was a beautiful clear sky day, but oh yeah, I live in New York and the temperature was below freezing. When the window was supposed to bend, it cracked. This happened a while ago and the crack has just grown. It's pretty ugly now.
The reset of the top is in good condition. Has anyone tried/had success with replacing the back window vs the entire top? I was thinking of having a replacement sewn across the bottom, zippers along the edges, and Velcro across the top so that the window could be lowered separately from the top and not have to bend so much.
