I agree. Find some excuse to pull the engine. Rear seal? Front seal? Just to clean it?

It was really a hard job. later I removed the engine to do other things. The engine removal was much easier than the rack change I thought, and then the rack is exposed. If there is any other maintenance you are wanting to that would be easier with the engine removed, pull it out of there and the rack will be a breeze..
