I'm also confused by the 8 volt drain.

I think you should start looking at the individual circuits in order of their
probability of causing a problem.  For example, courtesy lights, my
understanding is that the door switches can fail over time.  So maybe start
with them.

Try pulling out the courtesy bulbs, then measure again.  Look for places in
those circuits where the wiring harness has connectors, so you can easily
unplug and isolate.
