It's a fine thread, the kind I've rarely seen at my local hardware store. I don't know
specifications at this point. I noticed it the last time I adjusted the valves. It just held just
well enough to leave it, but I knew I'd have to replace at the next adjustment. I think it's also
hardened, which isn't true for the nuts at the hardware store.
Or, how about a blown junk yard engine
They'll only sell me a whole head, for $100.
or a machine shop that specializes in valve jobs?
