I assume you've screwed the adjusting screw which is below the TA in as far
as it will go. If so, get some various thicknesses of gasket material and
cut to fit. I use a sharp Xacto knife to cut the inner circles and scissors
for the outer edge. Unless you have the (I believe) Shankle TA adjusting
tool, there will be some trial and error unless you're very lucky.
