I did one a few months ago. Bad news: the front glass is glued-in and will likely be broken in it's removal. Glued in windshields are pretty common. The glass shops have various "hot wire" or grit coated wire to cut them free. There are also do it yourself tools, regardless of directions it is really a two man job, one on the outside,another inside. I owned a few Audis in the "Broken Door handle" era that I became familiar with headliners. Not such a bad job if you can free it from the glass. I am sure one of your local glass companies would send a truck by to pop the glass.
