Get a good connection on your ground wire to the battery, then just touch the + cable to the + terminal. If there's no spark, most likely you're good - but you still might have some bad grounds. If a tiny spark, umm, you have a tiny electrical problem but still a possible fuse blown. If a big spark, you should have at least one fuse blown, then trace it from there. If a bunch of fuses are blown, you're on your own and then back-track all of your rewiring sections.
