Stefano, You might try pulling through the shafts from the inside of the over-riders. This might require dismounting your bumpers and the application of some soap solution or other lubricant to ease the shoulders through the hole. That's the way it worked on my '69 Spider. My trimmer uses aerosol brake cleaner for applications like this because it does the trick and it's volatile, leaving little or no residue.
