I made in r2820.
There is no a default example in the LFS book and that file isn't required by
the bootscripts to work, then let the user to create their
own /etc/sysconfig/console file if they need one.
There was a request made a few weeks back to have the ability to copy
user created files over to the completed partition. This may be a
something we could implement in the future, a list of transferable files.
