The CLFS team has been busy again. They have moved the kbd routines
to /lib/kdb from /usr/share to deal with a possible bootscript issue
(see rev. 1908) This was the cause of my overnight CLFS build which
highlighted the progress_bar issue.
Question: Do we put a fix in deal with this for CLFS or is this issue
going to propagate to the other books. It would seem that a boot problem
cannot be limited to a single build style.
