i just wanna say can be 2 test cases
2 4 8
6 7 9
7 8 10 where a[n,n] is big
or 12 11 10
9 8 7
6 5 4 where a[0,0] is biggest
if u didnt consider increment & decrement order sorting in same
array
either like R U confused abt my soln
