Hi Wolf,

I've been doing a little research in this area myself. There are times when a
CD just won't do if one has nice clean vinyl. Check out the following for
cleaning tips:

http://www.factmag.com/2015/06/04/8-cheap-easy-ways-to-clean-vinyl-records-by-hand/

If you Google "how to clean vinyl records" you'll get lots of suggestions.
Cleaning vinyl is ahotly debated subject, so most likely you'll find
contradictory info. You'll just have to choose what is best for you in terms of
budget, if the vinyl is a collectible, etc.

Good luck, HTH
Norma
