        I'm not sure whether HDSDR is usable with the hfplus, it may be
worth having a google on that. As for OpenWebRX, see
https://blog.sdr.hu/2015/06/30/quick-setup-openwebrx.html
        for the generic setup template.

I have not tried hdsdr, as I am not sure its compatible with the hfplus.
Where to get openwebrx?  I wonder what else I would need to work with the
