Hi,

        The Raspberry Pi is a single board computer. It is one of the class of 
such machines, there are many others. I'm not sure of any site which 
specifically focusses on the machines as a whole, though Liliputing

come close. What I do is to consider what I want to do and then select a 
machine for it. Again, the machines aren't ends in themselves, they just help 
do different things in a better way.
