I’ll be corrected if I’m wrong but I think he has a Mac mini earlier than my late 2012 model and these certainly didn’t have Bluetooth APTX. As for the newer MacBook Pro machines having it then all I can say is about damn time! iPhones certainly don’t have Bluetooth APTX and that’s a shame, like with so many other things Apple chose “There way” rather than use a very good standard.
