I haven’t piped up until now. I did enter the serial number into my SF 12 Pro product though it did take me a little time. I don’t remember exactly what I did and should have taken notes as I’ll most likely have to do it all again in the not to distant future. I’m sure I had to manually enter the code rather than copying and pasting thus I had 2 Apps open at the same time, the web browser with my SF Product Support page open at the serial number and SF itself so I toggled the two to get information from one to the other, copying and pasting just didn’t work. Anyway despite that hard work and annoyance I think the upgrade is well worth the money. SF 12 Studio runs a lot faster than did 11 and with no errors, incredibly efficient in background tasks too which is more than can be said for previous versions of SF. Up until SF 12 only SF For Mac was as stable so the rewrite of the Windows version was well worth it I reckon.
