Hello list: Lately whenever I open Winamp, once I've closed that program, I'm being met with a dialog that says something like "Winamp error" then it wants to report the error (I need for this to GO AWAY) but so far, the only way I find to make it disappear is to restart the computer (I'm NOT (I repeat "NOT) going with another music player) but I do need to stop this Winamp Error" thing! Actually what it wants me to do is to update to the latest version of Winamp (I tried that) but that's where this whole Winamp Error Report" started! How do I make it stop?
Thanks in advance for any information you can provide to make this stop bothering me? I suppose I'd be okay with updating to this latest version of Winamp (and if Winamp still works in the same way that it always has, that'd be fine) but it doesn't seem to even want to let me do this!
