Hey Tom. Well, no, you'd have to do it every time if there's really no way to closet he error dialogue (there should be, though)...but, it's a better alternative than restarting the computer. It's not likely to be anythign else besides eitehr Winamp, or Windows. We still don't really know what the dialogue is though. Maybe if you paste it here someone can suggest something else.

It sounds from your message like maybe you have. What are your options in the dialogue box? You shouldn't' need to restart the computer just because of sucha n error message. Just kill the winamp task in task manager or using command prompt, and it'll be gone. Task manager is probably easiest if you're not used to command prompt. Just hit ctrl-shift-escape, find the winamp task in the list view, and hit delete. This is good for stopping any programmes that are causing trouble. A lot of other weird windows issues can just be rectified by re-starting file explorer.
