2005 -------
>From OOo 1.0 through to OOo 1.1.4 I have been used to selecting multiple
paragraphs with mouse, right-click, select Paragraph from the context menu, and
having what I chose apply to all paragraphs. I have had only to ensure portions
of first and last paragraphs were selected.
In OOo 2.0 RC, this does not work - I have to ensure all of the first and all of
the last paragraphs are selected. If not, the selection disappears and
formatting applies only to paragraph the cursor is in. 
Selecting part paragraphs and using Format, Paragraph from the menu, works as
expected though!
