sj->aw: Can you please take over this issue. It is crashing when accessing a
bitmap with a pixelsize greater than 400000*3000. With Issue i40320 I just fixed
a similar bug, there we had a overrun in b3ddeflt.cxx when calculating the max
pixel size, this issue seems to be similar. The problem with pdf is, that the
output device used for the pdf export is having a very high resolution. ( I
think about 1200 dpi.)
